$110 includes a ticket for 2, dinner, recipes to to take home, instruction, demos, and clean-up.  Please wear close-toed shoes.  No sandals.  Bring your favorite knife to use and a bottle of wine or an adult beverage if you wish.   This ticket is for two people, but all friends, family members and couples are welcome to join us.

In this class we will take it back to the roots of cooking where technique and the art of cooking food began.  Join us for a night in Paris when we will create dishes like Fromage Fort Crostini, Corn Vichyssoise, Bacon & Leek Quiche, Chicken Dijon, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Ratatouille, Raspberry Clafoutis, and Crepes Suzette Flambe.

Class ending times may vary due to awesome cooking skills learned during this class.

You must cancel your registration by calling the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class.
