The Art of Fish Cookery

Fish and summer weather have always gone hand in hand! In this class we will explore the basic techniques of cooking delicious fish dishes, while snagging some awesome summer fish and seafood recipes. We’ll cover what fish is best for each method of cooking, too!  We will be making Coconut Shrimp with Marmalade Sauce, Grilled Fish Tacos with Salsa Verde, Blackened Salmon with Pineapple Salsa, Cod Fish ‘N Chips Cookery Style, Crab Tortilla Dip, and Lemon Basil Fish En Papillote (in parchment). We will teach you the skills to cook fish using several techniques and variety in flavors to keep you eating healthy and delicious food all summer long!

Please wear closed-toed shoes.  Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish.  We will provide you with knives if you do not have them.  We will also provide aprons.  We will have bottled water to drink.  You may bring adult beverages if you wish.
