The Art of Fish Cookery

Fish and summer weather go hand in hand, but do you have the skills to cook fish using several techniques and variety in flavors?  And which fish is best for what method of cooking?  In this class we will explore the different basic techniques of cooking delicious fish dishes, while snagging some seriously awesome summer fish and seafood recipes.  YUM.  This class is sure to be a big hit, so sign up right away!  We will be making Coconut Shrimp with Marmalade Sauce, Grilled Fish Tacos with Salsa Verde, Blackened Salmon with Pineapple Salsa, Cod Fish ‘N Chips Cookery Style, Crab Tortilla Dip, and Lemon Basil Fish En Papillote (in parchment).

Please wear closed-toed shoes.  Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish.  We will provide you with knives if you do not have them.  We will also provide aprons.  We will have bottled water to drink.  You may bring adult beverages if you wish.
