The weather outside may be frightful, but the food at the Cookery is so delightful! We all know that the Midwest can have some of the most miserable winters in the whole country. In this class we’ll be focusing on warm, comforting meals that can keep you and your family cozy on even the coldest of winter days. All dishes will be crowd pleasing, and all dishes will be serving effortlessly out of a bowl! We’ll make some hearty classics such as: Chicken & Dumplings, Black Bean Chili with Butternut Squash, Beef Stroganoff, Noodle Bowls, 3-Cheese Pesto Pasta with Blistered Tomatoes, Tikka Masala Rice Bowl, and even a warm Blueberry Cobbler for dessert! Keep the chill away all winter long with these warm, stick to your ribs meals that your whole family will happily devour!
Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring adult beverages if you’d like. We will provide knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.
