I honestly got a cavity creating this class that will cure even the worst sweet tooth! We are making all of these joyous sugar delights in this class that is full of sweet techniques that can be applied to so many dessert recipes to create great flavor, texture and visual appeal in each dessert creation. We’ll be indulging in decorated Brownie Cake Pops, Cheesecake Bites, Blue Raspberry Cotton Candy, Burnt Marshmallow Smore’s Cupcakes, Chocolate Chip Cookie Cup with a Chocolate Shake inside it and even homemade Salted Caramel Truffles. We’ll also talk about tempering chocolate and make some amazing decor elements to spruce up your dessert plate like the pros. If you like sugar and cool plating, then come to this class. Better eat a savory meal before you come, since this one is surely dessert only!
Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring adult beverages if you’d like. We will provide knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.
