Cajun & Creole Cuisine

I had the privilege of going to New Orleans, Louisiana, last year in January 2016.  I got to experience the cuisine and culture and even attended a cooking class about New Orleans cooking.  In this class, I want to recreate my journey of food with you.  We will be making Chicken and Andouille Gumbo, Jambalaya, Red Beans & Rice, Po’boy, Pralines, and Beignets.  I will share some of the knowledge with you that I learned and, of course, the food!  They have a history that I found truly fascinating and look forward to sharing with all of you!  I cannot wait to share this adventure and maybe even a picture or two!

Class ending times may vary due to exceptional cooking skills learned during this class.

You must cancel your registration by calling or emailing the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class.  If you do not cancel class at least 5 days prior to class on a sold out class, you will be refunded only 50% of the class tuition.
