Cheesecake is the king of decadent desserts, hands down. Many people would assume that they are hard to prepare, but with the proper techniques, anyone can have success! In this class we will explore many different variations of cheesecake in this workshop plus some fun cheesecake recipes with a twist! Come and join us as we make Autumn Apple Pecan Cheesecake, No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Mousse Cups, Savory Bacon and Chive Cheesecake Minis, Cheesecake Fruit Dip, Chocolate Crust with Strawberry Topping Cheesecake, Sopapilla Mexican Cheesecake Bars, Mango Cheesecake with Gingersnap Crust, Cheesecake Cake Pops, and Cheesecake stuffed Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. What a feast of sweets! Come learn the secrets of a perfectly prepared cheesecake and spend the evening in dessert heaven!
Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring adult beverages if you’d like. We will provide knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.
Our classes are popular and often sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund for this class. There will be a processing fee to cancel your ticket per person no matter when you cancel. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to cancel at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets cancelled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund.
If you have a gift card and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out. If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card.
