Many Americans make a new year’s resolution on January first to eat better. Well, we’re three months into the year, and now is the time that people tend to give up on their diets. Wait!! We’ve got new and interesting meals to keep you going strong, and to stay right on track. We’ll make vibrant dishes like Thai Turkey Lettuce Wraps, Steak Salad with homemade Salsa Verde, Black Bean and Mushroom Burgers, Green Chicken Chili, Cauliflower Fried “Rice,” Tahini Chicken with Mango Salad, and much more! Eating healthy is not always easy, and we get that! Let us help you to keep the resolution you made. Eat healthy and enjoy doing it!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide you with knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink. You may bring adult beverages if you wish.
This class is unique and is sure to sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 5 days in advance to receive a refund for this class.
