Cooking with Beer

Ale, Lager, Cider, Stout…oh ya!  Do you need another excuse for filling your refrigerator with more beer?  In this class we will be using different beers to develop more flavor in our tantalizing Fall lineup of booze filled recipes!.  Oh, and we will be tasting them too!  Chase Lisenby, a beer expert, will be joining us to talk about some awesome seasonal brews that are perfect for the Fall season!  We will then add those beers to make delicious comfort foods brewed with a twist such as, Hickory Smoked Cheddar Cheese Soup, Beer Battered Fish & Chips, Beer-Battered Onion Rings, Poblano-Jalapeno Chili, Beer Bacon Cornbread, Beer-Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Beer Brats, and to finish off the course, we will be making Chocolate Stout Pretzel Pie.  If you love beer, and you love food, then this is the class for you!

Please wear close-toed shoes.  No sandals.  Bring your favorite knife to use and a bottle of wine or an adult beverage if you wish.

Class ending times may vary due to awesome cooking skills learned during this class.

You must cancel your registration by calling or emailing the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class.
