Cream Puffs and Eclairs

In classic french bakeries (and many modern ones) you can always find fluffy, crisp pastries filled and topped with sweet and delicious flavors. If it’s a good bakery, they are making their own Pate a Choux paste by hand, which has been used to make the best Eclairs, Cream Puffs, and many other pastries for hundreds of years. In this class, we will teach the proper techniques of making a fluffy and crisp pastry- starting with scratch made ‘choux paste! We’ll tackle Eclairs, Cream Puffs, Churros, and Savory Profiteroles. Then we’ll make all sorts of fillings and toppings like Pastry Cream and Chantilly Cream to make an amazing variety of desserts! This is truly an elevated baking class, so come ready to learn and to leave feeling fancy!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide you and/or your children knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink.
Our classes are popular and this one is sure to sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 5 days in advance to receive a refund for this class. Tickets cancelled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund.
