A great date night or a night out with friends!! Great class for a sophisticated palate and wine lovers!!
I’m sure we all wish we could travel more, so why not join us for a quick trip to Sonoma Valley, California through your taste buds! The Sonoma area has become well known for not just it’s beautiful land and perfect wines, but also for the eclectic variety in restaurants and food choices. Foodies from all over flock to the valley to indulge in dishes that we will recreate in class. Bring your wine to pair with perfect complimentary dishes such as Harissa Fries, Chicken Paillard with Leeks and Potatoes, Fig and Arugula Salad, Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, Beer Battered Fish Tacos, Walnut and Pineapple Shrimp, Brisket Poutine, Spicy Eggplant Parmesan and more. Lots of fresh vegetables and fish in this class, which makes it a great source for summer food inspiration! Bring a friend or two (maybe a bottle of wine or two 😉 ) and join us for a night full of fresh, delicious foods and good vibes! Cheers to the beauty and bounty of this great area known as the Sonoma Valley!
COVID 19 UPDATE: At this time we are no longer asking all students to wear a mask to class. If you have been vaccinated, you may choose to wear one, or not. You of course, may wear a mask if you choose. We will be providing hand sanitizer at the door upon your arrival. You may call to cancel your ticket with a two day or more notice, and we will issue a credit to be used on a future class. No refunds. Thank you for supporting us during this challenging time! We will do our best to make our classes as educational and fun as ever. Now that our county has moved to Tier 1, we can all enjoy our meal under The Cookery roof again! However, if you feel more comfortable taking all of our delicious foods home in a box, you can do that as well! You will get a portion of each dish!
Please indicate the age of your child (children) for a child’s class in the comment sections so we can make sure that their recipes are age appropriate. Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink. Byob.
