Cultures all over the world celebrate the beautiful and prosperous summer season. In Hawaii, this celebration is called a “Luau,” and is mostly just one big feast! We can’t resist an opportunity like that! We don’t have a fire pit on a beach, but the food will be as authentic as we can get it. In this summery class, we’ll be making Panna Cotta, Roasted Pork, Coconut Rice, Fried Plantains, Seared Ahi Tuna, and even Pineapple Cocktails! Come join us to enjoy a mini vacation to Hawaii. It’s Island Time!
Please wear closed-toed shoes and pull your hair up. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You may bring adult beverages. We will provide you with knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.
