Heart Healthy Cooking

$50 includes one Adult Ticket, instruction, food cost, recipes to take home

This class is for those who love recipes that are low fat and want to focus on eating heart healthy foods.  We are cooking up heart healthy low fat options from breakfast to lunch to dinner and even dessert in this class that utilizes foods and ideas supported by the Mayo Clinic.  You won’t know these recipes are any different though, because they are delicious!!  Hop on the healthy train and join us for Buckwheat Pancakes with Fresh Berry Compote, Greens with Fennel, Pear & Walnuts, Quinoa Cakes, Baked Coconut Shrimp, Chicken and Veggie Skewers over Brown Rice, Baba Ghanoush & Pita Points, Baked Brie Envelopes, and Grilled Angel Food Cake.

Class ending times may vary due to awesome cooking skills learned during this class.

You must cancel your registration by calling the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class.
