Homemade Pasta Making -Adult and Child Tickets available!!

Welcome to the most delicious (and filling) food known to man: pasta! Making pasta from scratch may seem intimidating to the home cook, but in reality, it’s quite simple. It’s very likely that you already have everything you need to get started sitting in your pantry! In this class we’ll create amazing pasta dishes with scratch made noodles.  We will also cover how to make plain and flavored pasta by adding herbs and seasonings to the dough.  Next, we’ll form our pasta into shapes and noodles such as Fettuccine, Ravioli, Cannelloni, and Tortellini. Of course, what would pasta be without a savory sauce?  We’ll make classic pasta sauces to accompany our noodles like Bolognese, Roasted Red Pepper Cream, Pesto, and Alfredo.  If you always wanted to learn to make homemade pasta, then this is the class for you!  It’s going to be a carb overload and it’s going to be amazing!

Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders.  Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring adult beverages if you’d like. We will provide knives if you do not have them.  We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.

Our classes are popular and often sell out!  You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund for this class.  There will be a processing fee to cancel your ticket per person no matter when you cancel. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to cancel at amanda@thecookeryinc.com.  Tickets cancelled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund.

If you have a card board gift card with a 3-digit number and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out.  If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card. If your gift card has a 16-digit code, you can cash it in online when your purchase your ticket.
