Irish Medieval Feast! Sit Down Five Course Dinner

Just a few spots left!  This will be the best Irish meal in town!

This event is a sit down full service 5-course dinner and not a hands-on cooking class.  You will be served by the chefs who prepare your meal.  Beer will be served upon arrival and with dinner.  You may also byob.

Join us in celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with an authentic five-course Irish Medieval Feast! All over the world, people celebrate Saint Patrick with fun, food, and revelry, and we want to be a part of this, too! Irish food is not just for St. Patrick’s Day, and our sit down dinner will give you a taste of how deep and rich the history of Irish food actually is.  Skip the cooking this time around and let The Cookery staff wine and dine you with 5 beautiful courses representing Irish food in Medieval Times. Menu includes~

Course 1 – Beet, Goat & Duck Salad with Citrus and Pistachio, Soda & Rye Breads & Whipped Irish Cream Butter

Course 2 –  Wild Boar, Bacon & Bean Stew

Course 3 – Venison and Potato Pasta, Porter Onion Sauce

Course 4 – Choice of Celtic Trout with & Lemon Caper Dill or Corned Beef with Stone Mustard Glaze

both served alongside Roasted Parsnip Puree, Rainbow Carrots, Peppered Cabbage Wedge

Course 5 – Bread Pudding, Jameson Flambé & Chocolate Pot de Crème

You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund for this class. There will be a processing fee to cancel your ticket per person no matter when you cancel. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to cancel at thecookeryinc@gmail.com. Tickets canceled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund.
If you have a gift card and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out. If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card.  Gift cards with 16 digit codes must be redeemed online.  Gift cards with a 3-digit hand-written code must be redeemed through Chef Amanda via email or phone call.
