Keto Summer Edition
June 16 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm$65
Eating healthy has never been more popular than it is today in 2021! What is the Ke- to our success? Over the years, we’ve seen a million diets come and go, from the days of Atkins to Weight Watchers, and everything in between. We want to put on a class about a diet we believe can actually work for many people trying to lose weight and feel healthier. The Keto diet basically retrains your body to take it’s energy from the fat in your body instead of from the carbs you eat. Not only is this diet gluten-free, but it’s also a delicious way to eat that will keep you full and satisfied! In this class, we will make tons of summer favs that will help to keep your keto in-check! Recipes include: Eggroll in a Bowl, Loaded Cheese Nachos, Mozz Sticks with Herbed Yogurt Dip, TA-KETOS, Avocado Chips, Zucchini Lasagna Roll-ups, Cloud Bread, Chicken & Waffles, Pizza Stuffed Peppers and don’t forget dessert! We will also make Keto Ice Cream, and Chocolate Mug Cake! Don’t miss out on this amazing informative and delicious class!
COVID 19 UPDATE: At this time we are no longer asking all students to wear a mask to class. If you have been vaccinated, you may choose to wear one, or not. You of course, may wear a mask if you choose. We will be providing hand sanitizer at the door upon your arrival. If you have any symptoms, have been around someone with symptoms, or have traveled outside the country recently we are asking that you please stay home. You may call to cancel your ticket with a two day or more notice, and we will issue a credit to be used on a future class. No refunds. Thank you for supporting us during this challenging time! We will do our best to make our classes as educational and fun as ever. Now that our county has moved to Tier 1, we can all enjoy our meal under The Cookery roof again! However, if you feel more comfortable taking all of our delicious foods home in a box, you can do that as well! You will get a portion of each dish!
Please indicate the age of your child (children) for a child’s class in the comment sections so we can make sure that their recipes are age appropriate. Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. We will provide knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink. Byob.
