Meat Smoking 101

Love smoked meats, but uncertain where to start? This class will get the beginning smoker started and even have some tips for the avid smoker as well. We will make spice blends for our meats, truss chickens to smoke, smoke fish over the stove, as well as smoke pork butt and turkey. We will even have smoked dessert!

Class recipes are subject to change due to lack of quality ingredients or other factors. Please wear close-toed shoes and bring your favorite knife to use if you wish.

Class finishing times may vary due to exceptional skills learned in this cooking class.
