Mediterranean Cooking

THIS CLASS IS SOLD OUT!  NO WORRIES, WE WILL DO IT AGAIN THIS SUMMER!  One of our most popular classes!  These fresh and healthy ingredients make for a delicious guilt-free dinner!  The recipes are packed full of veggies and Mediterranean herbs and spices that make for a low-fat meal that is full of flavor.  Pulling flavors from Israel, Greece, Italy, and Morocco ensures a well rounded and balanced culinary experience!  Embrace the Mediterranean with favorites like Homemade Pita and Cannelloni Bean Hummus, Falafel Balls with Pickled Vegetables and Tsatziki Sauce, Grilled Haloumi Cheese, Moroccan Spiced Pork Kabobs, Greek Cous Cous Salad, and Shrimp and Basil Lemon Pasta.  Fresh and delicious.  Who’s with me!?

Please wear closed-toed shoes.  Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish.  We will provide you with knives if you do not have them.  We will also provide aprons.  We will have bottled water to drink.  You may bring adult beverages if you wish.
