Tis the season! These tickets are closed. You will receive your Madrigal link when you pick up supplies!
Don’t miss out on the holiday feast of the year! The Cookery Inc is teaming up with Morton High School to assist with this year’s 2020 Madrigal Dinner – with a new twist! This 4-course holiday feast will be prepared a little differently this year as you follow along at home with our virtual cooking tutorial on making the perfect renaissance meal fit for The King and Queen. This meal will transport you to a different era as you prepare foods from Medieval times, then immediately after dinner, tune in for the Madrigal Performance video release for an evening of music, drama, and laughter. The menu you will prepare will even be packaged in a kit ready for pickup on Friday, Dec 4, so you can skip the trip to the market! Your kit feeds 4-6 and will include all ingredients to make: Wassail, Seared Pork or Chicken Breast (your choice) with pan sauce, Roasted Root Vegetables, and, Apple Galette for dessert. Rolls and cinnamon butter will be included with your dinner kit! We will also distribute the recipes to have ready in advance before your video tutorial begins! Then tune in at 6PM and follow along with our chefs to make your madrigal masterpiece! Cost to purchase: $50.00/kit, feeds 4-6 people or feast for days!! A portion of the proceeds benefit MHS Madrigals!
