Quiche, Pies, and Tarts

Nothing seems fancier than quiche for breakfast or brunch! This classic French dish is sometimes thought of as quite sophisticated, but really, it’s easy! Let us show you how to make perfect crust, garnishes, and fillings to wow your guests and delight your senses. We’ll make quiches like Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese, Herb and Blue Cheese, Spicy TexMex, and a Classic Potato And Rosemary. To go along with our savory quiches, we’ll make unique and exciting pies and tarts! These pies won’t just be basic pumpkin and apple. We’ll really turn the volume up and make dishes like Citrus Chess Pie, Pear and Sour Cherry, Chicken Pot Pie with Brown Butter Crust, Beef and Cheese Hand Pies, and Tropical Coconut Key Lime Pie. Savory pies definitely need more time in the spotlight- they are so comforting and delicious. Come learn how to be a pastry master and spend the night having fun and eating fantastic food!
Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring adult beverages if you’d like. We will provide knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink.
Our classes are popular and often sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund for this class. There will be a processing fee to cancel your ticket per person no matter when you cancel. You can cancel by calling the school at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to cancel at email@example.com. Tickets cancelled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund.
If you have a gift card and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out. If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card.
