Soups and Chilis

$55 includes a ticket for 1, a delicious dinner, recipes to to take home, instruction, demos, and clean-up.

Happy Fall Ya’all!  You know what that means….cooler weather and warmer foods!  This class will have you feeling comforted and cozy with our unique selection of chilis and soups that will keep you warm even into the coming winter!  We are packing this class with a variety of soup-making techniques for a well rounded soup-making experience.  Lentil Soup, French Onion Soup, Tomato Basil Bisque, White Chicken Chili, Taco Soup, Roasted Poblano & Corn Chowder and 3-Bean Vegetarian Chili are among the recipes.  Oh, and….I guess we better make a dessert soup too!  We will also give some great freezing and reheating tips to help you store your soup for the winter!

Please wear close-toed shoes.  No sandals.  Bring your favorite knife to use and a bottle of wine or an adult beverage if you wish.

Class ending times may vary due to awesome cooking skills learned during this class.

You must cancel your registration by calling or emailing the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class.
