By request and just in time for the Easter holiday – it’s salad season! This is one of my favorite classes to teach because salads can be so much more than just lettuce greens or potatoes with mayo! Get in here to grab some new inspiration for salad dishes for your next holiday gathering or friendly BBQ! We are making some salads for sides, and even some that can stand as a main dish. Recipes include Greek Orzo Salad, Strawberry Fields Salad, Quinoa and Fruit Salad, Asian Noodle Salad, Southwest Chicken Salad, and Salmon Salad with Mango Vinaigrette. Yum! Keep it light and tasty with these new recipes that are just perfect for the upcoming spring and summer seasons!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife if you wish. We will provide you with knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink, but you may also bring a beverage if you want.
