You may think you know American food, but there is probably a lot more variety here than you would have thought! In this class we will eat from every region of the United States, and celebrate some of their most popular dishes. We’ll start in the Midwest with the classic Springfield horseshoe, and then head to Chicago for famous deep dish pizza. Next, we’ll travel to the sunny west coast, and enjoy fresh fish tacos and a Washington apple shooter. In the Southern portion of the class, we’ll make zesty red beans and rice, and fry up some crispy corn fritters. We’ll even go way up north to the east coast and enjoy clam chowder and Boston creme pie for dessert! This class will certainly prove that our beautiful country has a lot more to offer than burgers and fries!
Class ending times may vary due to exceptional cooking skills learned during this class. Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring a beverage of your choice if you wish. Aprons, bottled water and all necessary tools will be provided.
You must cancel your registration by calling or emailing the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a refund if you are unable to attend class. We charge a small processing fee to refund your ticket. If you do not cancel class at least 5 days prior to day of class on a sold out class, you will be refunded only 50% of the class tuition. No call no show = no refund.
