Clean eating isn’t just a trend, it should be a way of life! Eating clean is a good way to refresh your habits: it’s about consuming more of the healthiest options in each of the food groups—and eating less of the not-so-healthy ones. That means embracing foods like vegetables, fruits and whole grains, plus healthy proteins and fats. In this class, we will not only discuss tips on how to eat clean, but also introduce several super foods that can help you bring your diet full circle. No processed foods allowed! We are fighting cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease with delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Recipes include: 12 Superfood Salad, Citrus Shrimp Stuffed Avocados, Mushroom and Veggie Tacos, Crispy Tofu Grain Bowl, Caprese Quinoa Salad with Pesto Vinaigrette, Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins, Superfood Breakfast Bars, And Asian Lettuce Wraps, just to name a few! We’ll even break out the juicer to show you how to make a spectacular Superfood Juice! Get in here for a fun detox cooking class!!!
Please wear closed-toed shoes. Bring your favorite knife and a beverage to drink if you wish. You can bring alcoholic beverages if you’d like. We will provide you knives if you do not have them. We will also provide aprons. We will have bottled water to drink.
