Eat better! Feel Great!!
Clean eating isn’t just a trend, it should be a way of life! Eating clean is a good way to refresh your habits: it’s about consuming more of the healthiest options in each of the food groups—and eating less of the not-so-healthy ones. That means embracing foods like vegetables, fruits and whole grains, plus healthy proteins and fats. In this class, we will not only discuss tips on how to eat clean, but also introduce several super foods that can help you bring your diet full circle. No processed foods allowed! We are fighting cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease with delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We’ll make healthy but delicious recipes such as: 12 Superfood Salad, Citrus Shrimp Stuffed Avocados, Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos, Crispy Tofu Grain Bowl, Caprese Salad with Pesto Vinaigrette, Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins, Superfood Breakfast Bars, and Asian Lettuce Wraps, just to name a few! We’ll even break out the juicer to show you how to make a spectacular Superfood Juice! All recipes are so yummy, you won’t even feel like you’re dieting! Eat great, feel great! It’s that simple!!

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including Covid related issues. There is a $25 fee (per ticket) to raincheck your tickets to another future class, which is due at the time that you move your tickets. Tickets canceled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund or rain check opportunity for any reason (even Covid / exposure related – we simply cannot accommodate for this). You may gift or sell your tickets to someone else (for no fee) if you are not able to come- this is the best option if you have to cancel.
