Superfoods and Healthy Grains

$50 per person includes instruction, demos, food cost, clean up, dinner, and recipes to take home.  The superfoods can help you have more energy and fight off diseases.  We will be making foods in a simple, minimalist approach to retain the integrity of the superfood.  The star ingredients will be used in two separate applications to experience the ingredients with a variety of flavors or techniques.  We will learn some of the advantages to eating these foods and explore making our own flour in class.  The flour will then be used in a recipe.  The recipes are Shiitake Mushrooms, Alfredo-Topped Baked Potato, Cinnamon-Walnut Granola, Edamame Hummus, Bacon Avocado Tomato Tostadas, and Walnut Soup.

Class ending times may vary due to awesome cooking skills learned during this class.

You must cancel your registration by calling the school 5 days or more prior to the date of the class to receive a full refund if you are unable to attend class.
