Virtual Fun in the Sun Summer Desserts

A food processor is recommended for this class.
It’s finally starting to get nice and warm out! Let’s cool down with some delicious desserts that harness the flavors of summer! In this lesson, we’ll cover two different desserts and many techniques along the way. We’re making a Summer Berry Galette with Homemade Pie Crust and Chantilly Cream (fabulous hot or cold), and then a No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Parfait with layers of Decadent Chocolate Ganache! These delightful mini desserts will keep you and the families sweet tooth at bay, and teach you some fun new recipes! Plus this versatile pie crust is something that can be used in many recipes for years to come! Join us for dessert making inside so you can enjoy these crowd-pleasers with some pals outside in the sun!
Just pre-order your kit (which serves 4-6 this time around) any time before June 2nd at 10AM, then pick up the supplies at The Cookery on June 3rd from 9AM-12PM. Just give us a call when you are on your way! Then tune in to our page Facebook Live on June 3rd at 2PM and Chef Kris will walk you through your in-depth tutorial! Our lessons usually last about an hour and a half to 2 hours, but this can vary slightly. Best of all, this is an experience to share with family. Instead of this being a time of struggle, we are using it as a time to explore new ways to serve our community. Thank you for your continued support! You will receive a recipe packet and a list of things to gather 1 day prior to the day that the video aires on Facebook. Recipes are subject to change; due to Covid-19, ingredients can often be difficult to source in large quantities.
