Calling all fans of Villainy! Why is it that we are all so obsessed with the heroes, princesses, and lovable goofballs in the kid’s movies we’ve grown to love?! With Halloween around the corner, we want to celebrate some of the underrated villains. Can you guess the villain that spawned these villainous themed food ideas? Join us where in class we will make Shiny Crabulous Crab Dip, Good Doctor’s Palm of My Hand Pies, Lady’s Lemon Toast, Spotted Pancakes with Strawberry Compote, Poor Unfortunate Rolls, A Ghastly Dozen Egg Breakfast, Queen of Heart’s Croquet Croquettes, Golden Strands of Hair Spaghetti Squash, The Lion’s Share Farrow Salad, Spinning Wheel Potatoes, Hazelnut Soup, Unbirthday Cupcakes, Molten Lava Cakes, Mistress of All Evil Trifle, and more! Costumes are welcome, and encouraged! Prizes for the best costume!! Here’ the chance to get one more use out of that expensive costume!
All Children must be accompanied by an Adult. Max 2 children per adult.

Class Type: Recipe / Buffet Style: Each group cooks a different recipe with staff support as needed and we sample all the dishes at the end of class.

We will do our best to make our classes as educational and fun as ever. Class ending times may vary. Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring a beverage to drink if you wish. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink. Byob if you wish.
We reserve the right to cancel classes for any reason. Class cancellations will receive a credit to a future class.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ: If you have any symptoms of COVID 19, Influenza, or other illness, or have been around someone with symptoms we are asking that you please stay home and find someone to replace your ticket. We reserve the right to send any attendees home if we suspect illness. This is for the safety of our employees and customers. Thank you for supporting us during this challenging time!
REFUND POLICY – Our classes are popular and often sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 5 days in advance of the class date to receive the opportunity to raincheck your tickets to another class (there is a fee to do so). We do not offer refunds for any reason, including illness related issues. There is a $25 fee (per ticket) to raincheck your tickets to another future class, which is due at the time that you move your tickets. You can raincheck your tickets by calling the shop at 309-263-6020 or by emailing us your request to raincheck at thecookeryinc@gmail.com. Tickets canceled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund or rain check opportunity for any reason (we simply cannot accommodate for this). You may gift or sell your tickets to someone else (for no fee) if you are not able to come- this is the best option if you have to cancel.
If you have a cardboard gift card with a 3-digit number and want to redeem it for this class, you must call or email to reserve your class spot prior to the class selling out. If you reserve your spot with a gift card and do not show, you will forfeit the amount owed for the class from your gift card. If your gift card has a 16-digit code, you can cash it in online when you purchase your ticket. Codes are case sensitive and require the dash marks to be entered to process the code.
