Is your kitchen stuffed with appliances and tools that you have no idea how to use? Do the gifts from your wedding shower sit gathering dust in your cabinets? Well, we’ve got the class for you! In this class, we’ll teach you how to use tools like a food processor and all of the blades to accompany, pressure cooker, Kitchenaid stand mixer (and all it’s attachments like the icecream maker and pasta roller,) a canner, sous vide machine, mandolin, burr mixer, and so much more! Then of course we’ll use all our rad new skills to make an amazing feast for everyone, as usual. This class will help you become a more efficient cook, and also help you to enjoy the time that you spend in the kitchen! Come learn to demystify all of your gadgets and gizmos!

Please wear closed-toed shoes.  We will provide knives, aprons, and bottled water to drink.
